Our office offers appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. We work hard to see our patients as close to their appointment time as possible; however, emergencies can increase wait time.

We are pleased to provide the following services in our office:

- health maintenance appointments (or “well checks”), including camp and sports physicals
- same-day sick appointments
- vision screens (Welch Allyn SureSight screening and Snellen charts) and hearing screens (audiometric and otoacoustic)
- in-office lab (including rapid strep, flu and RSV testing; cholesterol screening; lead testing; urinalysis) - we also employ outside laboratories for other testing with quick turn-around
- ImPACT for contact sports, both baseline and post-concussive (ages 11-18)
- in-office skin allergen testing and immunotherapy (aka, allergy shots)
- pediatric nurse phone triage during the day staffed by our excellent pediatric registered nurses, with easy access to the physician upon request
- nighttime concerns addressed by our pediatric nurse phone triage system
-24-hour physician on-call coverage

We also see newborns at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano. For urgent care visits that cannot wait until the next business day, we recommend Medical City Children's Urgent Care and Pediatric After Hours. Texas Health Presbyterian Plano and Children’s Medical Center Legacy Campus provide excellent pediatric emergency care locally.

We admit our patients who are moderately ill to Texas Health Presbyterian Plano, where there is a small yet fully staffed pediatric ward with full access to most pediatric subspecialties. Children with intensive illness may need to be referred to one of the pediatric specialty hospitals in the metroplex (usually Children's Medical Center of Dallas or Medical City Children's Hospital).
