Mevelline Lim, MD

Board Certified Pediatrician located in Plano, TX

About Dr. Mevelline Lim

Mevelline Lim, M.D., is a pediatrician at Children’s Health℠. She has more than 20 years of experience caring for children. She earned her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas and completed her residency training in pediatrics at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a doctor, to be more precise, ‘A doctor for kids,’” says Dr. Lim. “It is a gift to be able to aid each kid to be the happiest and healthiest they can be, mentally and physically, in every year of their youth.”

As a mother of three herself, Dr. Lim understands the journey through childhood and adolescence — and its impact on both kids and their parents. She partners with parents to keep their kids healthy and guide them when their kids are sick.

In her free time, Dr. Lim enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and swimming.
